Jayen Properties and their family of companies have a history of development in British Columbia that reaches back over half a century. Founded PHI Hotel Group which today holds a portfolio of 27 hotels including the Marriot, IHG and Westin brands.
RBI Group of Companies including RBI Forming and RBI Construction was founded.
Entered the hospitality industry in Alberta, developing and building 14 hotels in the province.
Commercial and industrial project commence with the 120,000 sq. ft. Panorama Centre and our corporate head office.
Building of Park Central, a mixed-use development in Surrey.
Acquired Pacific Gateway & Deckside Marina in Richmond, now named as Radisson Blu Vancouver Airport Hotel.
